Affordable Housing Kauai, LLC was established with the goal and mission to provide Affordable Housing for Local Residents of Kauai with incomes under 120% of AMI (area median Income). The founder began working with home construction in 1985 and has 14 year experience working as the director of an Affordable Home Builder on Kauai prior establishing Affordable Housing Kauai, LLC in June of 2020.
